Fall/Winter Try-Outs will be held at the Shoreline Spartan Gym on the following dates/times:
Mon 8/23: HS & Freshman Players 7-9pm
Tues 8/24: 7th grade - HS players 6-9pm
Wed 8/25: HS & Freshmen Players 5-7pm
Thurs 8/26: 7th & 8th - CANCELLED
(qualified 6th graders are welcome to attend all 7th grade try-outs)
Blaze Girls Basketball is a non-profit association based in Lynnwood, WA. We have four awesome teams of girls at the 6th, 7th grade, 8th grade and high school levels.
We work hard. Run a lot. And practice, practice, practice. The main goal for Blaze is to expose our talented players to the next level. While we like to win (and do so a lot), we'd rather lose against an older, stronger and faster team that forced us to step up our game.
We believe that a girl's on court character and skills improve when she is consistently playing above her expected skill level. That's why we play up a grade level, why we choose only the most competitive tournaments and why our teams are being recognized as among the best in the Northwest.
Ultimately, we want our girls to be impact players on their high school teams and to have options for college basketball careers.
